This store has always been my favorite go-to designer site to shop at. Unlike other sites like Barney’s or Net-A-Porter, which feels more classy, I feel that I could actually understand the style at SSENSE. It’s kind of edgy and different, and I often find myself finding new and different designers that completes my style even more.
I knew about Farfetch way before I knew about SSENSE, and I didn’t really like shopping there before. But ever since my coworker introduced it to me again, I decided to give it a chance and downloaded their app, and fell in love. It’s literally crazy how many designers they have on Farfetch, which brings me to how many clothing + accessories they have on their it’s kind of overwhelming. They even have mens AND a kids selection.
All Saints is my favorite every day casual style. There was also a time when my closet was pretty much filled with All Saints clothes because my ex-boyfriend used to work there. I have this belt from them that is almost completely worn out, but I still wear it because it looks good in literally everything. They’re most known for their leather jackets, and I own 3 of their leathers. I haven’t tried out their shoes or bags. I’m not too fond of their printed styled items, I find it a bit tacky. I also don’t really like their jeans, they don’t fit right when I wear them. But other than that, their basics are pretty dope.
You’re going to ask me, “whattttt?? Free People? I would’ve never thought you liked that brand!” Yeah, I do. Free People is amazing! I love the way their fabrics feel on my body, it’s so comfortable AND it’s machine washable (for the most part, yeah). What I love to shop at Free People are their tops and dresses. I never tried their pants, and did not like their accessories cause they break, tarnish, or feels cheap.
Ahhh, DYLANLEX! I remember my first time ever finding out about this was through this girl I followed, I loved her style and she was rocking this necklace from DYLANLEX, I thought to myself, damn that’s a really sick necklace. When I went on the site, I fell in love. Everything is hand made in New York with Swarovski crystals… love it. 😍 If you know me, you know I’m always rocking my outfits with a sick ring or necklace. Every time I wear my ring or necklace that I bought from DYLANLEX, I got compliments from left to right. The necklaces are a tad bit heavy, but you gotta dress to impress (yourself) am I right?
Yesssssss to YESSTYLE!!!!! This is my source of Asian kawaii-ness for beauty, stationery, kawaii things and phone cases. They have random sales on different products every day, so keep an eye out on some of the items on there. I tried out their home stuff and returned 70% of the home items I bought from them because I didn’t measure it correctly and the quality wasn’t what I imagined. I’m not too big of a fan on their returns cause ☝️ customer service does not respond to you, like ever. ✌🏽, returns are just a big hassle. I ended up paying more to get the things shipped back, then realizing I should’ve just kept the items rather than returning them.
It’s always either Sephora or Ulta, but I’ve always been a Sephora girl. I’ve been shopping at Sephora ever since I was in high school getting into those eyeshadow trends, making those smokey eyes and everything. Now, I don’t really wear eyeshadows that often, but I still love getting my beauty products from Sephora. It’s cool building up your points and becoming a Rouge, you really get amazing deals and discounts on beauty products. Also, they’re really good at coming up with new ways to have people buy their products. For example, there’s an option for online makeup artists, or you can always take a quiz if you’re unsure what kind of foundation you should get. You really also got to choose what you buy from them though, some products you can find cheaper on Amazon.
